Over ons
At Health Devotion we are literally dedicated to healthcare in the broadest sense of the word and the innovative life sciences industry in particular. Dedicated to improving things that can be done differently. To support innovation and to ultimately bring patients the best possible treatment.
Because we see that innovation and/or changes often fail due to a lack of resources, lack of focus (the well-known illusion of everyday life) and sometimes a lack of knowledge and experience, we are happy to help you on your way to realizing your ideals. With us, it does not stop at advice, but we are also happy to be with you on the work floor to realize what we promise.
Because the challenge is central and not the process or the person, we have our own view on (interim) management, recruitment, consultancy and training.
From a clear problem analysis we arrive at a plan of approach and with that plan we start working together. The success of your ideals is our motivation. Whether these are small steps or big steps, we help you achieve the goals.
Our approach
Our approach is pragmatic and future-oriented. Whether it is solving complex problems or exploiting new opportunities, we combine strategic insight with a hands-on mentality. In this way, we ensure that our solutions not only work on paper, but also have a direct effect in practice.
Ivo thinks outside the lines
With the challenges facing pharmaceutical companies and healthcare institutions, decisive leaders are needed. Unfortunately, recruiters often fish in the same pond of candidates with safe resumes. Candidates who do the same as their predecessors, so that no change is achieved in the end.
Fortunately, Ivo sees it differently. He is not interested in the resume but in who is suitable to achieve the desired result. Which talent can provide a new blockbuster or a turnaround to make an organization future-proof. Ivo thinks outside the box.
I worked with Ivo for many years when he was general manager at Bayer. And in other activities. I experienced how he appointed atypical managers to important positions. Talents who, given their CV, would not be selected in the regular recruitment circuit. But who achieved surprising results because they had the knowledge and courage to step off the beaten track and chose a successful new direction. Ivo has a nose for this kind of talent.
