Interim management
Sometimes interim management can be a solution to fulfill a temporary assignment. Too often, however, we have seen that interim management is used to fill a position in the organization that has become available due to illness or maternity leave. Sometimes to run a temporary project.

Product launches
The Dutch climate for a successful launch of an innovative medicine is becoming increasingly difficult and unpredictable. Where in the past a product registration was a reasonable guarantee that you could successfully launch the product on the market, there are more and more obstacles to overcome that make it uncertain whether your product will be the success it deserves.
Companies often have people on their payroll for more than 3 years to work on products whose right to exist is still uncertain.
