Ivo Vink

Ivo has a long career in the pharmaceutical industry. After being trained as a physiotherapist and having been active as a healthcare provider in healthcare for a number of years, Ivo started in the pharmaceutical industry. After starting in sales, via functions as product manager and marketing manager, Ivo now has more than 20 years of experience at management level. The last five years of his career in the pharmaceutical industry he was General Manager of Bayer in the Netherlands

Ivo is someone who always sees opportunities. And he has also realized those opportunities several times. Hands on, no nonsense, direct and a results-oriented team player are qualities with which Ivo has put together teams that have made several products to blockbuster status in the pharmaceutical industry.

Ivo is an experienced leader, coach, mentor, change agent/improver with extensive experience in product launches for small molecules, biologicals and medical devices, culture and change processes, reorganization processes, mergers and acquisitions.
